 This tool helps in the converting of
 PNGs into ENDOOM lumps. This is a bit
 finiky as the source image needs to be
 drawn with endooms in mind, as they are
 only 80 columes and 25 lines. It needs
 super low detail art input, but dose 
 produce nice coloured endooms when used
 correctly.
